The Controller ensures the utmost care so that the communication of your personal data to the aforementioned recipients exclusively concerns the data necessary to achieve the specific purposes for which they are intended. Such data will not be disclosed to third parties, except as provided above and, in any case, within the limits indicated therein. Finally, we remind you that your personal data will not be subject to disclosure, except in the cases described and/or provided by law.

7. Duration of processing

Your data will be processed and stored for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected and in accordance with the storage times provided by applicable regulations.

In the case of data collected following the release of a comment or contact request, the data will be retained until the consent of the data subject is revoked.

Subsequently, personal data will be automatically deleted or permanently anonymized.

We remind you that at any time you may exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR, and in particular, request information on the existence and characteristics of the processing of personal data, their correction and deletion, or the limitation of processing, oppose processing, and request the transmission of your personal data to another controller.

You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal and to lodge a complaint pursuant to Article 77 of the GDPR with the data protection supervisory authority, specifically in the Member State where you habitually reside, work, or the place where the alleged violation occurred.
