The steps:
- Analysis of the company’s and/or workgroup’s needs
- Feedback, defining objectives
- Development of a specific proposal, tailored to the team’s needs
- Intervention – through in-person meetings – according to a schedule agreed upon with the team’s leaders
- Administration of a course evaluation questionnaire
- Presentation of questionnaire results and final feedback
- Semi-annual follow-up

Standard course of 10 sessions, 2 hours each:
- Professional communication – introduction
- The work environment
- Communication techniques:
- Breath and speech
- Recognizing you by your voice
- Control and freedom
- The voice that smiles
- Team building
- The wheel and its spokes
- A caress in a fist
- Harmonies and melodies
- Coming to get you
- Suggestions and illusions

The program can be interrupted after the third step, with payment only for the analysis and proposal part (350 euros).
The semi-annual follow-up includes a bonus of 4 individual 30-minute sessions or 2 supplementary group sessions of one hour.
More details
The course is conducted in-person at the company’s location (an alternative venue is possible, price upon request); some sessions can be conducted online.
Prices
The 7-step program: starting from 2100 euros for company groups with 4 to 10 participants.
For 11 to 20 participants, there is an additional 160 euros per participant.

- Administration of a course evaluation questionnaire
