Basic course
“Your voice can smile”
It’s a 6-lessons per week course. Starting from voice management, it is structured to deal with all aspects of personal and professional communication.
Who benefits from the course?
It is useful in professions requiring constant and effective communication (front desk or call centre operators, teachers, lawyers, shopkeepers, coaches, therapists, commercial operators….), or simply if you want to learn how to manage your own vocal expressiveness more consciously.
How does it take place?
The course is held online or face to face, in 6 lessons of 90 minutes each per week.
The meetings will include both moments of a frontal lesson and individual practical exercises, collective practice exercises and personal work.
Each participant will have the opportunity to understand and experience on themselves and others the most useful and functional communicative dynamics, at the professional but also social and personal levels.
During the meetings, there will be plenty of time for questions and insights.
What will you get from it?
You will gain increased awareness of the structure and functioning of your voice, and you will achieve more confidence in your verbal communication.
You will learn easy and useful exercises to enhance your posture, breathing, phonation and expressiveness.

A minimum number of 8 participants is required to activate the course, maximum number of 20 per group.
A certificate of attendance will be issued at the end of the course.

Advanced course
“Your voice can smile”
It is a course of weekly meetings, structured to deepen and broaden one’s mastery of expressive means.
Who benefits from the course?
It is useful in professions requiring constant and effective communication (front desk or call centre operators, teachers, lawyers, shopkeepers, coaches, therapists, commercial operators….).
The course is reserved for those who have already attended the Basic Course.
How does it take place?
The course is held online or face to face, in 6 lessons of 90 minutes each per week.
The meetings will include both moments of a frontal lesson and individual practical exercises, collective practice exercises and personal work.
Each participant will deepen through discussion with the teacher and peers the most useful and functional communicative dynamics, at the professional and personal level.
During the meetings, there will be plenty of time for questions and insights.
What will you get from it?
You will improve your mastery of expressiveness and verbal, para-verbal and non-verbal communication.
You will learn useful techniques for public speaking, written communication, and the development of your personal tone of voice.
You will free your voice from excessive dialect inflexions and will get clearer, more understandable and pleasant diction.

Online workshop
“Your voice can smile”
It’s a 4-hour intensive course on voice, in which the essential aspects of communication and vocality are dealt with.
Who benefits from the course?
All those who use the voice in professional, social and personal life (that is… everybody!).
How does it take place?
The course is held online in frontal mode, supported by the use of slides and many simple practical exercises.
There will be plenty of time for questions and insights.
What will you get from it?
You will gain increased awareness of the structure and functioning of your voice, by working on your verbal communication through posture, breathing, phonation, expression.
You will learn some easy exercises to ‘free’ your voice and make it more ductile, more expressive and healthier.

A minimum number of 6 participants is required to activate the workshop.
A certificate of attendance will be issued at the end of the course.

Intensive workshop
The contents are the same as the Collective Courses (see above), but they are two compact and intense training proposals to be held in one or two days.
The lessons are held exclusively face-to-face. The workshops are hosted in suitable places (classrooms or accommodation facilities) and involve a whole day of training (Saturday or Sunday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm) or two consecutive days (from Saturday morning to Sunday afternoon).
The one-day workshop corresponds to the Basic Course, while the two-day residential workshop corresponds to the Basic and Advanced Courses.

A minimum number of 6 participants is required to activate the course, maximum number of 12 per group.
A certificate of attendance will be issued at the end of the course.
Prices
The one-day course, starting from 196 euros per person, includes 2 coffee breaks and a light lunch.
The two-day course, starting from 346 euros per person, includes accommodation (in a double room), breakfast, 2 coffee breaks, light lunch on Saturday and Sunday. The Saturday dinner is not included.
